How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or sales, processing may take up to 4 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our facility.
What is your return policy on leather hides?
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with a hide, you may return it within 30 days of receipt, provided it has not been cut, marked, or altered in any way. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.

Can I request a specific part of a hide?
While we cannot always guarantee specific sections for individual pieces, you can add a note to your order with your preference. Our warehouse team does their best to select the best possible cut to meet your project needs.
