At Springfield Leather Co, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original, unused condition. Please note that cut-to-length materials and custom-stamped items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Customer Support
Reach out to our team via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and confirm your item's eligibility.
- 2.Package Your Items
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring that the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.
- 3.Ship the Return
Send your package to our Springfield, Missouri warehouse using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery to our receiving department.
- 4.Receive Refund or Credit
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
