Well, it’s mostly kid... This is an amazing price for the leather that you get. All the leather is from our regular supplier, who just accumulated a stock of odd lot finishes and colors including some calf skins over a period of time. The leather is all tannery-run, very nice quality. Colors are very assorted! You get four skins that will total between 20 and 23 sqft. Usually there will be at least one black skin, and the rest will just be an assortment. There’s not a bad skin in the bunch. There’s definitely more kid than calf so you might not get a calf in a bundle. Most is 2 ¼ to 3 oz, but I saw some as light as 2 and some as heavy as 3 ½. Some are perfect for wallet interiors; some would make the entire wallet. Great for clutches, accessories and even bags. Leathers like this would normally run in the $4.00 a ft range.
