This is a bottom coat & restorer. If you have some high heels that you'd like to spice up or bring back to life, you can paint this on the heels, toes, and even the soles to make them look new again. No finish is needed but for a shinier look you can use the Angelus Acrylic Finish. Item #6-720201.
